How to use
It must remove the polluted oil and grease on the surface of applicable metal before work. Because these disturb permeating of Rust Cleaner on the surface of metal.
You can choose spray, spread or deposits dependent on the applicable objects.
A deposit work -- dilutes by the proper density dependent on the rust condition and it takes about 2 minutes to 2 hours and cleans by water after applied.
It uses tools made in plastic, rubber, or stainless steel.
Spread work-- It uses when it cleans one part or small objects and is lightly dry during
1-20minutes after applied into the diluted solution on the surface by brush or soft texture.
Spray work-- It uses when it is difficult for spread work or deposit and uses the spray-gun.
The rust removal of machinery equipment and structure uses brush, texture, or spray and use after raised density compared with general deposit work dependent on rust condition.
Especially it must work off the wind and must minimize the pressure to minimize the mist during spray work.
It uses one or three times diluted solution or undiluted solution according to working speed and rust condition.
The working time takes about 1-20minutes for the weak rust and 2hours for the severe rust.
The severe rust takes a good effect to use after worked by sand blasting or shot blasting.
